Understanding Shutter Speed:

       
          Shutter Speed is the speed of how fast the opening or the shutter on the camera goes. For example the top picture has a shutter speed of 1/250. That means the shutter or opening of the camera opens are for 1/250th of a second. While the bottom picture leaves the shutter open for 1/25th of a second.  If you have a higher shutter speed it will decrease the amount of blurriness in the subject moving if not take the bluryness away completely. In the exposer triangle, if you want the picture for sure to not be blurry and that is what you want more then anything else then you change that first and then change the aperture to help zero it out and make it even, and the ISO should also change depending on the light in where your shooting.
